Our Story
Shauna L. Weatherspoon is a force of nature, her determination forged in the crucible of loss and tempered by the guidance of mentors who saw her potential from a young age. Since childhood, Shauna possessed an unyielding ambition that set her apart. But it was the tragic passing of her mother when she was just 14 that ignited a fire within her—a resolve to not just survive, but to thrive, for herself and her future family.
Grateful for the mentors who stepped into her life during her teenage years, Shauna channeled her grief into fuel for her dreams. Despite becoming a young mother and facing the challenges of parenthood early on, Shauna refused to let her circumstances define her. Instead, she embraced the responsibilities of motherhood while pursuing her goals with unwavering determination.
Over the years, Shauna carved out a remarkable career path, excelling in various fields including insurance sales, real estate, staging, coaching, and keynote speaking. Her ability to juggle multiple roles with grace and skill earned her respect and admiration in each industry she touched. But beyond her individual successes, Shauna harbored a deeper purpose—a desire to uplift other women and families who, like her, had faced adversity.
In 2015, Shauna founded the Raising Our Daughters Foundation, a beacon of hope and support for women and families striving to overcome obstacles and achieve their dreams. Through this organization, Shauna leveraged her experiences and expertise to mentor and empower others, providing them with the tools and resources needed to succeed.
With over 25 years of a successful career behind her, Shauna realized that her true calling lay in paying it forward. As she entered a new phase of her life, she made it her mission to uplift and inspire women and families, just as she had been uplifted and inspired by her mentors years ago. For Shauna, the journey wasn't just about personal success—it was about creating a ripple effect of empowerment and transformation that would touch countless lives for generations to come.
